Shipping here means (the charge for internet order processing), item selection, packaging, processing, transport and handling. Special delivery requests, including specification of carrier and/or future delivery dates, may include additional charges. Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional charges, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests, such as gift box, gift wrap. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays.

  • Items ordered together may be delivered separately, and the shipping will be allocated over shipments but not necessarily evenly.
  • Some orders may require more than one package to ship; for these shipments the additional charge for two-day and overnight deliveries would be a per-package charge.
  • Please note that returns may impact the final shipping charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the merchandise is damaged or defective. For returns initiated due to SCENTTORA, a shipping credit will be applied as originally allocated. As a result, the final shipping charge after the return may differ from the initially quoted rate.
  • In-stock Merchandise
    Is usually processed and shipped within 3-4 business days if you choose Standard shipping. Orders placed with Premium or Express shipping, will be shipped the next business day.
  • Backorders
    If the merchandise you have selected is currently out of stock, we will give you an expected shipping time at checkout or by a follow-up email/call.
