If you are not satisfied, for any reason whatsoever, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise for a full refund or exchange.

In order to receive a full refund, the item must be unused, unopened and in its original and undamaged packaging (including unopened cellophane wrap where applicable).

Conditions for Exchange:

  2. In a case where the product delivered does not match the product ordered.
  3. Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it.  Returns apply to items that arrive damaged, dried out, or broken due to shipping/while in transit.
  4. The item being exchanged must be unused and in original packaging.
  5. Customers may get a replacement in the above case.
  6. SCENTTORA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition or not.
  7. Any credit or vouchers issued as a return, needs to be used within 2 weeks, or else the voucher/ credit becomes invalid.
  8. Shipping and handling charges are not be refunded at all.
  9. Change of mind, not liking products, etc. are NOT covered by the easy return policy.
  10. The customer must have an original, authentic, and valid receipt of purchase.
  11. No complaints will be honored 3 business days/72hours after receiving the order.
  12. No refund/ exchange allowed on sale/discounted/promotional items.
  13. The return has to be of the same value as the purchase price. If an item is purchased using a coupon or during a sale, the refund/ credit amount should match the original price paid and not the full price.
  14. Easy returns do not apply to claims that we sell fake or unauthentic products. Our products are 100% authentic, genuine and guaranteed ORIGINAL and are from authorized dealers ONLY.

Refunds

We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases wherein the product is out of stock or appears to be faulty.
